I'm an out of network provider - I will provide you with a super bill at the end that you can submit to your insurance carrier to be reimbursed at your plan's out of network rate. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to learn the details of your coverage.
There are multiple methods of payment available. Payment by cash, check and other methods are acceptable. Payment by credit card not available at this time. My fee is currently $200/session.
