It offers a direct link for balancing the sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and relax) branches of the nervous system. Emergency Meditation for Panic Attack: A 13:33 guided meditation by Stephan Pende Wormland who explains that 'the panic you are experiencing is not going to hurt you. Although it may feel like you are in danger because of this anxiety, you are not in danger. Anxiety will not harm you. Stephan gently guides you out of an anxiety attack.' The Warrior: A 10 minute guided meditation by Michelle DuVal that will bring you to a place of centered calmness regardless of the chaos that may surround you. The words 'calm, relaxed, centered and aware' are repeated throughout the meditation and will remain with you throughout your day.
