For beginners, select 'Guided' at bottom of page 3. Select 'Playlists' 4. Explore the 'Mindfulness' or 'First Time' sections

Groups. There are more than 3,000 groups that you can join--explore; the 'Be Here Now' is a group of mindfulness meditators with more than 75,000 members. Post or just 'lurk'--to access deep wisdom and insight
Timer. After you are comfortable with the basic meditation technique, use the timer to help you with this aspect of your practice
